Sheen to be charged with felony

Charlie Sheen is to be charged with felony menacing related to the Christmas Day incident with wife Brooke Mueller, the website TMZ reports. The gossip site also understands the actor is to be charged with misdemeanor assault.

Sheen will appear in court in Aspen on Monday for an arraignment. The judge will also hear arguments from Sheen and Mueller's lawyers requesting the protective order, which limits the pair's contact with each other, be relaxed.

Earlier today Charlie Sheen's car was stolen and crashed into a ravine, according to the Associated Press.
