The ratings for the season finale of Two and a Half Men are out. The episode finished 1st in its slot, in both total viewers and the 18-49 demographic. The episode was watched by 15.95 million viewers, and scored a 5.2/14 rating in the 18-49 demo.

CBS came second overall, behind ABC. A special airing of Rules of Engagement finished third at 8 o'clock. How I Met Your Mother's season finale finished third in total viewers (8.69m) and second in A18-49 (3.7/10). Rules of Engagement finished the comedy block in first place, with 12.80m viewers and a 4.4/11 A18-49 rating.
